Delivery
An automated email order confirmation is sent to the email address you registered with us usually within 10 minutes of you placing your order. If you do not receive this email it may be caught up by your spam filter or if this is not the case please let us know either by email info@desejohandbags.com or phoning 01908 508863.
We will send you another email once the goods are on their way, in the UK most of our deliveries are sent by Royal Mail recorded signed for delivery and we try to ensure you receive your goods within 2-3 working days. However, some of our items may be shipped direct to you from the factory in Italy especially the larger items such as travel bags, laptop bags and briefcases in which case please allow 5-7 working days for the UK, most of Europe, USA - 10-15 days and other destinations up to 20 days.
All our deliveries will require a signature. parcels cannot be left unattended, so if you are unable to sign for your parcel please provide an alternative delivery address at time of order for example work or a friends address.
We offer free delivery to UK mainland desinations, Scottish highland areas and Northern Ireland.
