Making a Purchase

Although our website only shows stock when available for purchase, in the unlikely event that we are unable to provide you with the goods that you have requested, we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.                                                                          

We reserve the right to reject any order and provide a full refund. Due to the high levels of fraud, orders from certain countries will be rejected.

All orders must be paid for before dispatch.

Payments are processed securely by Sagepay, for online orders we do not directly receive your card details. we are provided only with notification of the successful payment. Your card details are not stored or transmitted unencrypted in any way on our website or our office systems.

Desejo aims to deliver your purchase within 3 working days of receipt of order for UK Standard deliveries which will need to be signed for. Some of our items may be sent directly to you from the factory in Italy if this is the case you will be informed and advised of delivery time. We offer free standard delivery to all customers in the United Kingdom, except the Channel Islands. Shipping charges will be applied to all orders for delivery to the Channel Islands and all destinations outside the United Kingdom.

Parcels cannot be left unattended, so if you are unable to sign for your parcel please provide an alternative delivery address.

Your right to Cancel (UK customers only)

Customers in the United Kingdom have the statutory right to cancel a contract to supply goods (an order) within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods. This is known as a 'cooling off period'. If you wish to cancel this contract, you must inform us of your intention in writing by email or letter within 7 working days from receipt of goods. Alternatively, you may return items to us within 7 working days of receipt.

If you cancel your contract within 7 working days of receipt, you will be entitled to a full refund, provided goods are received back in their original condition.  You are required to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.

Tax charges

VAT (value added tax) at the standard rate (currently 20%) is included in the displayed price of the items. For orders where the sale is exempt from VAT, the VAT portion of the sale price will be used to off-set the high cost of shipping - we are unable to offer a discount in lieu of VAT in these cases.

Customs or import duties may be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country.

Returns Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us at any time within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund on the cost of the Products, or an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

All Desejo Products are checked for quality before they are sent to you. Returned goods found to be worn, damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged. Desejo cannot guarantee against standard wear and tear. If the product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose we will offer an exchange or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you return a product to us we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund or exchange via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We try to process returns as soon as they arrive. However, during very busy periods, please allow 10 days for your refund or exchange to be processed. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. Postage will not be refunded for international orders under any circumstances.

To return: Detach the returns label on the despatch note. Take your parcel to the nearest post office and post. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for service so that they are traceable, as Desejo will not be responsible if items being returned to us get lost or damaged. The cost of returning Products to Desejo is borne by you.

Returned Products must be in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct the value of repackaging for any Products not returned in their original packaging. All returns should be accompanied by original documentation for credit purposes, and clearly state the reason for return. Refunds or exchanges will not usually be given for Products returned without a full adherence to our terms and conditions.  

Accuracy of Content

We have tried our upmost to portray the detail, colours and leather texture of the products correctly, However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your specific monitor, hardware and software configuration we cannot guarantee that your system will display accurately the actual colour of the product.

All measurements are only approximate.

We do not disclose customer information to third parties unless required to do so by law.

Cookies are used on our website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses.
